Sunday Comics

Hello Everyone! I hope this post finds you well!

Summer is in full swing now, children are on summer vacation, and O’Sullivan Animal Hospital has been hopping – keeping pets healthy and their families happy!

As today is Sunday, and Sunday is the customary day that full page comic-strip sections to appear in the paper, I’ve decided to carry on in that tradition and share some humour with you all.

My very own Dr. Watson suggested that I post this funny Meme:

Fat Cat BCS

However I fail to see the humour in this image despite her best efforts to explain Body Condition Scoring and Garfield’s evident struggles with obesity. She has also recently adorned me with a pink collar complete with a frilly flower, so I’m not entirely sure we share the same sense of humour…

Instead I have made the executive decision to share with you this video, called “Feed Me” illustrating the struggles that some cats have to go through in order to have their breakfast served to them in a timely fashion – a truly exacerbating issue for a food motivated feline!

If you want to know more about Simon’s Cat you can check out their website Simon’s Cat or watch some more videos on their  YouTube Channel

Enjoy and until next time!

I’m a robust girl.

Dr. Watson clearly remembers the initial phone call with the news that her great aunt had rescued a kitty named Lily (ME!!) they went on and on about how lovely I was, that I was clearly a very special lady – quickly followed by “And…. she does need to lose some weight” *ouch* some of us are sensitive about our weight ok!? I’d love to go on the premise that I’m just “husky” or “big boned” but to be completely honest with you dear reader, I am not.
